New and Used Pallet Rack Frames:

            Frames are also called Pallet Rack Uprights.  Pallet rack frames are the vertical pieces that the beams are attached to.  Frame heights vary; however, typically frames are between 8’ and 25’ tall.  As to depth, most frames are 36”, 42”, 44”, or 48” deep; other sizes are also made.

New and Used Pallet Rack Beams:

            Beams are often called horizontal cross members.  Beams also vary in terms of length, height, and load capacity.  The most typical beam size is 8’ long by 4” tall with a 5,000 lb. capacity.  Other common beam lengths are 84”, 96”, 102”, 108”, 120”, 132”, and 144” long; however other lengths are available.

New and Used Pallet Rack Decking:

            Wire mesh decking is used to create surfaces for pallet storage.  Wire decks are made to fit any beam and frame combination.  Wire decking also comes in several capacities, but the most common is 2,500 lb. capacity.  Wire decks are also made to fit both roll formed and structural pallet rack.
