Copperloy Dock-Lifts line up a load to any truck bed height with the push of a button. Designed for permanent installation or portable use, their heavy- duty, solid-steel construction and powerful hydraulics handle loads up to 25,000 lbs. safely and efficiently. With up to 60" of vertical travel, they accommodate even the highest trucks.

Built for durability, performance and safety. Copperloy Dock-Lifts are designed for long life and dependability. Solid-steel scissors provide exceptional stability. On pit-mounted units, all rollers are captured to prevent upending. Steel tread plate is used on all running surfaces for sure footing. Piston-type hydraulic cylinders have hard-chrome plated and polished rods, with polyurethane seals and wear plates for long, leak-free life. All pivot pins are turned, ground, polished and hard-chrome plated. The pressure- compensated hydraulic valves assure smooth starts and stops; with even, controlled motion.

Electrical components are contained in NEMA 4 and NEMA 12 enclosures to keep dust and moisture out and are fuse protected. DU maintenance-free bearings on all pivot points minimize wear and eliminate the need for greasing. Removable pins simplify removal of cylinders and scissor legs and a maintenance strut is provided to keep the Dock-Lift raised during hydraulic servicing.

Pit-Mount Dock Lifts- Handle everything from hand carts to lift trucks. Permanently installed Pit-Mount Dock-Lifts are available in standard capacities from 5,000 to 25, 000 lbs., to accommodate everything from hand carts to powered pallet jacks to lift trucks. Higher capacities are also available. Because pit-mounted lifts are flush with the grade when fully lowered, they are protected from accidental damage caused by careless truck operation.

Rugged platform design... The heavy-duty reinforced platform is engineered for minimal deflection while raising and lowering; and positive stop blocks eliminate platform deflection.

Surface-Mount Dock Lifts- Makes any concrete surface a loading dock. You can have a loading dock anyplace you need one, as long as the roadway surface will support the Dock-Lift base without deflecting. There is no pit required.

Standard models are available with capacities up to 6,000 lbs., adequate to accommodate hand carts, 4-wheel carts and pallet trucks. Heavier capacities are available for special applications.

Surface-Mount Dock-Lifts are equipped with optional flip-down wheels for transportability to new locations, using a removable dolly handle. Special bridge and ramp plates are available to adapt the Dock-Lift to your application. The approach ramp and bridge plate can be factory-located to accommodate right-angle loading.

Our Dock Lifts are warranted for a period of 5 years against defects in workmanship and materials on all structural parts, six months on hydraulic cylinder seals, six months on electrical parts and one year on the hydraulic power pack.
